How to get to the bottom of complaints and why you should book the 8D Report training?

The 8D Report represents the eight mandatory disciplines (process steps) that are required when processing a complaint in order to overcome the underlying problem. An 8D Report is thus part of the complaint management process and is used for quality assurance at the supplier. Train the application and methodology using practical examples in our 8D Report training. Particularly in the automotive industry, there are special requirements and methods that must be observed when processing complaints using the 8D method. Other industries also make use of this method to process complaints according to VDA (automotive industry).
