Assistance to the management (m/f/d)
– Targeted familiarisation with your tasks and the specifics of the industry or further familiarisation with the specialist departments

– Responsibility for and performance of all secretarial tasks, e.g. correspondence, accounting of receipts and business trips, appointment management, preparation and follow-up of appointments.
– Contributing your ideas on corporate communication and implementing them, e.g. at trade fairs and other events, in order to expand our network
– You will be involved in customer care and acquisition activities
– Preparation of decision-making documents and presentations
– Active participation in development processes and projects
– A completed commercial apprenticeship / degree or several years of professional experience in the field of assistance.
– Experience in the areas of accounting, preparation of reports and knowledge of business organisation
– Strong communication skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Confident handling of common MS Office applications
– Good time management and organisational skills
– High level of team and customer orientation, independence, discretion, loyalty and creativity
– Conversational English skills desirable
– Team player
– A hands-on mentality, curiosity and the courage to explore new avenues
