Consultant for management systems (m/f/d)

– Targeted familiarisation with your tasks and the specifics of the industry or further familiarisation with the specialist departments

– You will lead projects for the introduction and further development of quality management systems according to ISO 9001, IATF 16949 – desirable ISO 50001, ISO 14001 in medium-sized and large industrial companies.
– You carry out internal and supplier audits (e.g. according to VDA 6.3) at and for the customer, workshops and trainings, mainly in the automotive industry.
– In your projects, you will take on the coordination of the consulting team and project management tasks
– You will analyse the processes of our customers and develop solution proposals, process optimisations and concepts in connection with the introduction of document management systems (DMS) and workflow solutions.
– Evaluate and, if necessary, contribute to production and logistics concepts, e.g. MTM analysis, procurement strategies, packaging concepts; value stream analyses with our customers
– Carrying out process acceptances and audits, incl. tracking of measures; start-up assurance
– Preparation of FMEAs and risk assessments in cooperation with the project team incl. action tracking
– Support with (initial) sampling according to PPAP/PPF procedures
– This includes intensive cooperation with our partners and active networking as well as the active acquisition and support of customers as part of the consulting tasks

– Academic-technical degree with additional qualification in the field of QM/QS
– Project management experience and proven success in your projects
– Distinct experience in the area of certifications in the common management systems (e.g. ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949, VDA 2, VDA 4, VDA 6.3, desirable ISO 50001, ISO 14001, EU-DSGVO)
– Strong communication skills and good verbal and written communication skills
– Good knowledge of English desirable
– Team player with a can-do mentality
