Our production manager will work with you to find a way to further improve production by controlling and optimising it using lean production criteria. Product quality, troubleshooting, efficiency and cost reduction are also among his responsibilities.
Our production manager leads and coordinates the smooth flow of a production process from planning to implementation to recycling. He monitors the production flow using defined assessment parameters to ensure that targets are met in terms of both quantity and quality, while complying with intended quality standards. He identifies production declines and their causes and generates solutions to bring production back on track. He also supports you in the acquisition or decommissioning of machinery and equipment and in securing and optimising human resources.
