Our quality manager helps you to further develop your management system with the help of appropriate quality methods (5S, Ishikawa, 5Why, FMEA, 8D Report etc.), to keep it dynamic and to control the improvement process.
Our quality manager is responsible for the further development and maintenance of your quality management system in accordance with the standard. At the same time, he develops and establishes new quality standards (PDCA cycle) and implements these requirements together with you. Our quality manager is also the contact person for all quality-related customer concerns with the aim of implementing and monitoring measures to maintain customer satisfaction. In short, he will implement all customer-specific, legal and regulatory requirements in line with the standard.
