REQUIREMENTS

Enjoys practical learning

How you can optimise your processes by making small changes to your own workflow and why you should book the Six Sigma Yellow Belt training?

As a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, you will be able to implement improvements in your workplace using simple tools from quality and lean management. Alternatively, you support Green and Black Belt projects as a team member. You consistently follow the D-M-A-I-C roadmap with your expertise. Companies use Yellow Belts as an important multiplier in the introduction of Lean Six Sigma in the company. To ensure a consistent Lean Six Sigma language is spoken – some companies train up to 100% of their workforce to become LSS Yellow Belts. The projects of a Yellow Belt are usually completed in a few weeks and ensure quick visible success. Typical projects of an LSS Yellow Belt are the improvement of processes whose core causes are of an organisational nature. For the most part, Lean Management tools are used.

OUR GOALS

The Six Sigma Yellow, Green or Black Belt (without Lean) usually carries out small projects in their own work area. This often includes optimising processes by making small changes to their own workflow. For this, however, the Six Sigma Yellow, Green or Black Belt needs Lean management tools. Training Six Sigma Yellow, Green or Black Belts without Lean Management tools would therefore limit most of the project potential for the Yellow, Green or Black Belt.
